Cisco's products touch all of us daily. To increase brand awareness, Cisco created a “Digital Cribs” campaign that consisted of online videos showing imaginative ways customers are using their technology. Their premise was that humans learn from watching others, a concept that gets at the heart of viral marketing. It was a great idea that was made better by The 1stMovement’s innovation. Cisco asked us to completely revamp the current site to increase performance – make it better, faster, stronger – and allow it to become more viral and scalable in multiple languages for worldwide audiences.
Result:
We took the strong user generated videos, plus the professionally produced videos that profiled celebrities like Shane Battier of Houston Rockets and world-famous DJ Paul Van Dyk and integrated them in an architecture that was exciting, fast and viral. It was also scalable, premiering in English and German with more languages to come. Viewership soared as the videos became easily accessible on Facebook and Twitter.
