Ever since its opening in 1958, Fred Segal has been an iconic fashion leader in Los Angeles and beyond. As with keeping up in the world of fashion, Fred Segal knew that they now needed to have a place in the online world. Dedicated to making consumer’s look and feel their best, Fred Segal could now reach their growing audience like never before. The site includes a fashionably "flashy" interface and a full e-commerce backend for ease of shopping.
Result:
As a brand focusing on providing a personal and intimate customer experience, the Website was developed to provide ease-of-shopping to those unable to get to the store. The perfect compliment to their trendy store in Santa Monica, the e-commerce site features a rich interface and engaging user experience, but most importantly, a scalable back-end system that allows the busy store owners to update and maintain the site with ease. Sales continue to increase with recurring visitors from all over the world – helping Fred Segal Couture stay true to their dream of providing an exceptional user experience, both in store and online.
