Challenge:
We at The1stMovement felt that 2009 deserved more than a simple resolution. It deserved a pledge, a dream or an ambition by each and every person who wanted to share! By creating This Year I Will, an open online venue for posting personal messages, we hoped to inspire others to create a sense of optimism and fulfill our collective emotional potential as a community.
Result:
Since its launch in 2008, hundreds of pledges, ambitions and resolutions have been posted and viewed. What started out as an internal holiday project between our design and development teams has spread to a grass-roots effort beyond The1stMovement. Although 2009 has come and gone, we hope you will find time to read what others have shared and be inspired to contribute a pledge of your own.
