Challenge
The Adobe Tech Evangelists came to T1M with design needs for their upcoming Smartphone applications. The Tech Evangelists are a team of developers who are challenged with creating universal applications using new tools such as Adobe AIR and FLEX. The goal for these projects was to showcase these innovative programs that allow developers to create seamless applications across multiple platforms.
In order to create live demonstrations of these new technologies, T1M was challenged to work with the various Evangelists and create quick-turnaround designs that allowed the developers the flexibility and structure needed to produce on their end.
Result
Over the past year, T1M worked with various members of this talented team to design four unique, high-end user experience designs that reached a variety of audiences and met various challenges. Working with Kevin Hoyt and his team, we are pleased to present that following applications that are now live in the iPhone and Droid markets and available free to Smartphone users:
Finicky, Terrance Ryan: Designed to help travelers take note of their favorite places and things within a city they are visiting. Users are able to write a note about a particular place and tag it so that they can remember for the next time they visit!
100 Days of Exercise, Ryan Stewart: Designed to help active or inactive people to get into an exercise routine, by allowing the user to set a physical goal for the next 100 days. Throughout the 100 days, users get a daily reminder of their task hoping to encourage people to stay fit.
CalTrain Times, Renaun Erickson: Designed in mind of the Adobe employees who travel north and south/ to and from work on California’s transit system, CalTrain. Unsatisfied with previous apps on the market, our client was looking for something with a good user experience that would be helpful to fellow employees.
DropCam, Mihai Corlan: Based off of an existing application, T1M helped redesign the DropCam Application. The application helped to support installed DropCam cameras and allows users to view live footage and recent activity via their smart phone.
