Cisco launched the Cisco 360 Partner Program to modernize how partner value and profitability are measured - shifting from fragmented legacy incentives to a unified, lifecycle-based model focused on long-term customer outcomes.
For partners, this transformation introduced uncertainty. They needed a clear way to understand how strategic business decisions would translate into incentives and profitability under a new framework. Cisco needed a scalable solution that could make complex program logic transparent, predictable, and actionable across its global partner ecosystem.
The1stMovement partnered with Cisco as a strategic advisor, design and development partner to help bring the Cisco 360 vision to life. Working closely with Cisco’s partner leadership teams, we consulted on program structure, aligned incentives to real partner behaviors, and designed and developed the Cisco Partner Incentive Estimator as a decision-support experience - not just a calculator.
The Estimator allows partners to model “what-if” scenarios, explore tradeoffs across the customer lifecycle, and plan their business with confidence - while remaining aligned with Cisco’s evolving partner strategy.

By simplifying complex incentive structures and making profitability more predictable, the tool accelerates adoption of the Cisco 360 Partner Program and empowers partners to make informed, strategic investment decisions.
